Republican Dominated Utah House Makes Statement against No Child Left Behind Act

I don't know what to think of this. The No Child Left Behind Act obviously places unfunded and potentially unhelpful mandates on states and intrudes on states traditional roles quite significantly. However, many states have been woefully lacking in their public education efforts, a good example is the recent idiocy in Georgia.

Good to see they aren't voting strictly party lines but what they actually think will help their state the most.
