Doing approximately 60 pounds, maybe a couple more...fast reps, 20, short break, 15, short break, 10, short break, 5, done. So dead...mmmmmmmm...arms feel good, heh.

Try doing sets of ten starting at 100 and adding 15-20 pounds each time...now that's a pretty good workout :)

Edit:
5 sets of 10.

Yeah, definition's my gig right now. Thx...It's weird though, I can't really lift a lot in a gym setting but in a real-world circumstance I'm surprisingly strong. I think it has to do with my extreme laziness...my mind takes over with this overwhelming sense that what I'm doing (in the gym) is utterly pointless, whereas if I'm actually doing something...then I'm actually doing something. Get my drift?

my workout usually consists of 100 curls from each arm with a 5 pound dumbell... i'm too lazy to go out and buy some heavier ones :) maybe that's why i'm so damn skinny...

I like starting high, and then decrementing it by 10 pounds each cycle ... by the end you're struggling to do anything with 10 pounds ... You look like a complete freak struggling with next-to-no weight, but it burns so good in the end.
