IMO it's going to be tough for lance to win it next year. He was not as dominant as previous years

I'm not sure why, but I remember on ESPN.com saying that he wasn't at 100% going into the Tour for some reason? If thats true and he won even when not in top form, I don't see why he can't win next year. Hopefully he does!

Ullrich also had a far crappier preparation and finished just a good minute after Lance. Beloki was a serious contender until his injury. I can't wait until next year!!!
