Basically, my windows everytime I start my computer asks me with about a 5 second wait if I want to enter windows setup which it defaults to and my computer blue screen or start normally where it works fine. What do I need to do to fix this problem? And no my windows setup cd is not in the drive and im not dual booted. Im thinking I need to go into some ini file but where do I find it? Thanks in advance.

Try this...

My Computer
Properties
Advanced Tab
Startup and recovery-> Settings
Change the default operating option..
Lessen the "time to display list of operating systems.. to 1 secs"

You just need to edit your boot.ini file.

It's located in the root of your system drive. It's hidden and a protected operating system file so you'll need to adjust your folder view settings to see it. Open it with notepad and post the contents here.
