I can't send my completed WU

I think it is down. I can't even click on "Stop Transmit"...

EDIT - Finally I could click on "Stop Transmit". Server's still down though.

The server itself seems to be ok, i mean, I can load up OrangeKid in Internet Exporer, however I cannot upload WUs 🙁

Edit: Err... no I cant. I could this morning though (10am GMT, now it is 14:10 GMT)

Looks like we're going to have to use generalized titles for OK's server being down. This thread is the newest happening on the server being down, however, people are talking about this down time in an old thread. Oh well...

We wouldn't have this problem if people would just take a couple of seconds to scan the forum to see if someone else posted on the same subject.

Most of you don't need this tip but there are some newbies that may. If you need WUs during any period that OK is down, all you need to do (if you are using SetiDriver) is move the DOT from PROXY/SERVER to NO PROXY/SOCKS and you will go directly to Berkeley for you uploads/downloads. As soon as OK is back up and running again, you reverse the placement of the DOT in the "Proxy/Socks Server" Area. 😉

And of course, be sure to hit the SAVE CONFIG each time you change a setting.

Nothing to apologize for. There are so many topics with all of the new members and the great enthusiasm everyone is experiencing, it is really hard to read them all. I know, I can't keep up. 😉

Truth be told, I think that you were correct in posting this thread. The other thread about the server being down was an old thread, and the server has been up since then. That's the thread that should've died in my opinion. I think that the problem lies with people not taking the time to read through everyone else's replies before they post a reply of their own. Oh well... Live and learn I guess.
