I am a member at GhostRecon.net and received the below e-mail. Basically one of the lead guys formerly from Red Storm (developer of Ghost Recon, my favorite all-time game) is on his own trying to get a hard core tactical shooter going. He needs $200,000 of private money pledged until the investors will kick it in....very interesting...
I PLEDGED $25. That's enough to get you the game and other stuff should it meet it's goals and move forward. If it doesn't meet it's kickstarter campaign you're not out any money (I researched this). Way I saw it, $25 is a cheap price on a game if it gets made, and I like the idea.
