Report of student misconduct

the text reads,

Chris Dixon, age 16, grade 11, at 8:30 am, on 10-3-01, at Practice Field,

Observed this student receiving oral sex from another student, I asked both students to report to the office, Chris went to class rather than to the office. Chris was sitting in a chair with his pants down to his thighs while the female was on her knees in front of him.
 
Jeez, you'd think they'd be smart enough not to do that in a wide open area like the practice field.
