Ease of use is also an important factor, considering that some studies have shown that up to 70 percent of adults in the United States have difficulty programming a VCR.

Who performed this study? Oh yeah. Accenture.

Werent they formerly known as Andersen Consulting?

Werent they spun off from A.A.?

"Sixty percent said they are paying too much for their PCs."

I agree with that. It sucks to dump $1000 into something that needs to be thrown out after 3 years of use.

Most people who cannot program VCR's are either lazy or idiots.

OMG! Did I say that out loud? :p
