Yes! I saw that one, it was fascinating. You have to be able to hotwire any car in like 30 seconds. This one guy was repo'ing an RV, they had a camera guy with him. The big danger is if the current owner of the car catches you, you stand a good chance of getting your ass kicked (at the very least).
