Reply popup box sets focus to message title on load

I didn't see this posted anywhere, so if it has been I apologize. I've noticed that when you hit the reply link in a thread, the reply popup comes up, and initially the focus is in the text box (which makes sense, since you would be typing a response to the thread). The problem is that once the page fully loads, it resets the focus to the Message Title box, so if you've already started typing (like I always do) once it stops loading you suddenly find yourself typing into the title box. Not sure if this is by design, but it can get kind of annoying.

I just came in here to post a thread about this! (And hit quote to your post and started typing 'I just' in the Message Title field, sigh.... So, happens with Quote as well as Reply.

Not sure if this will work, but it seemed to be a "cure all" for someone else's seemingly related problem: go into Profile > Personal Options, and change Default topic view to something other than Linear, then back.

You're probably in threading mode. Profile -- personal options change Default Topic Mode to linear.

Oh, I get it. In threaded mode we can change the title (at our level). Any chance the default can be on the message text box anyway (I suspect few people ever change the message title on replies)....
