Reply Box Location

I don't know if this is a IE8 problem, an Anandtech problem or what. But, it is becoming increasingly annoying.

It is that the reply box (like this one) keeps duckling behind the Forum screen instead of statying on top. That means I have to minimize the forum or bring back the reply box.

Surely there must be a setting somewhere that I am missing. I have turned pop-up blocking off, tabbed browsing off, and it still persists. I think it must be IE8 - IE7 never did this.

Ideas? Suggestions? (Yeah - I know - use Firefox. )

Click the page compatibility view button perhaps ? The problem is that many website used IE hacks to display things how they wanted, and IE8 comes along and breaks things again trying to fix pages properly.

OK - I am now in Compatibility View. So far, so good. The Reply box has not absconded yet. Thanks - I think that does it.
