Have a Series 3 TiVo that we're using for OTA HD, and that's fine for us. We have a bunch of kids shows taped on the Replay, but since I don't have my converter box yet, we can't record new stuff on the Replay.

I don't know how to get the Replay to work w/ OTA Digital. I posted a question over at AVSForums and am waiting for the answer and researching. I'm not sure it's possible, but I think it requires getting a DTV Converter and finding my IR Blaster (or buying a new one).

Do you guys think I should just sell the Replay now while there's somewhat of a market left? (*Is* there a market left for them? I looked on eBay and it looks like I'll get a bit for it)

Do you know someone with cable that won't be upgrading to HD soon? I'd just give it to them.

Well, with an NTSC tuner you're not going to be able to tune OTA digital. From what I've read, the only other way to record on the ReplayTV 5040 is to do manual recording through its s-video input. This would not be in HD, and you wouldn't have any programming info on there, so it would be kind of pointless.
