Would it be a good idea to replace the standard 9800 Pro Cooler with something else?

I can get the chip up to 450core\370memory with whats on there now, but I was thinking of getting this: http://www.svc.com/crysorbforvg.html

Is that better cooling, and is it quieter than the stock HS\Fan combo already on the card?

That CORB looks like a serious downgrade from the stock 9800P cooler. It has WAY less less surface area. I used one on a GF3. It was noisy until I did a 7 Volt mod to it. I would not do it.

If you are wanting to change the cooler, id recommend modifying a 1U server cooler and mounting it on. I picked up an extra 30mhz OC on my VisionTek 9500 (runs at 405/330) with an all copper 1U server cooler. Most of the aftermarket bolt on coolers are pretty lame. If nothing else, apply a better thermal compound and use the stock heatsink/fan. Be careful what you choose here, AS II and AS III are both capacitive so be careful when applying those. I used nanotherm blue II on mine and it worked out great.

Guess I'll just stick with stock, even though it's a bit loud. I thought the Chrome Orb would be an upgrade ;)
