my motherboard crashed or something, but regardless of the matter, I'm going to get a new one and I was wondering if i'm going have to reinstall windows and everything else once I put in my new motherboard? The hard drives that I had with the old mobo still has the operating system on it so I'm also wondering, if I'll lose the data because of the possibility of reinstalling windows? Any comments will help, thanks.

If your data is on the same HDD partition as windows you will loose all your data if you reinstall. You will likely have a more problem free OS if you just do a fresh install.
I suppose you could uninstall all your drivers for the old mobo then install the new drivers. Or you could possibly do a repair installation. But if it were me I would hust back up my data and reinstall windows. You will end up with a cleaner, more problem free OS that way.
