Replacing powerbook g4 hard drive

This seems a lot harder than just replacing a hard drive on a PC. Does anyone know of any guides online that I can use to do this?

Hopefully it's easier than replacing the HD on my iBook G4, which was amazingly difficult. I had to take out over 50 screws and remember where they all went.
