Replacing on-board fan on Epox 9NDA3J with passive one

Here is the board.

I want to replace the fan with some passive heatsink (alpha? zalman?). But what size? BTW, I'll have a 6800 with NV Silencer on the AGP slot and the space underneath. I'm not sure if clearance will be an issue. It probably won't get in the way, but if it's too big it may block the intake fan on the NV Silencer.

BTW, this is safe to do right? And won't be a problem if i try OCing?

Have you tried it yet? I don't recommend removing it. You could damage something else on your board, and void your warranty. Those fans are noisy when you first power up, but usually quiet down when warmed up. Check pricewatch (under fans-northbridge heatsink) if you still want a replacement. They only had one zalman listed for $8 shipped.
