Replacing noisy NB fan

If a board (NF4 Ultra) has a noisy northbridge HSF, what are some good options to replace it with. I would o/c a bit too so take that into considerations. That boards I'm looking at are the Asus A8N-E and the DFI Lanparty, both on the NF4 Ultra chipset.
