Replacing my SLI-Premium

I'm getting fed up with issues related to my SLI premium. Unstable vcore, poor overclocking, etc. I'm going to replace the board with something else. I've decided that I don't need SLI so I don't need to pay the premium for it. Which board should I switch to? I know DFI is the most reliable but they're also the most difficult to set up correct? Also I need to be sure my R80 Coolermaster watercooler will fit with whatever board I buy. I'd like to have good overclocking features(protection) as well as other features.

If higher OC's are what you're really after, then really the only choice (in my mind) is the DFI.

I don't think you're going to have a whole of fun with them either though . . . . all these NF4 MBs have some kind of issue/limitations.

My Ultra was not a problem to set up at all. Some folks seem to get freaked out by the deep BIOS but if you're not sure about something just leave it on auto or at default. The gear you have looks like it would be fine on the DFI.
