My motherboard needs replaced and I could use a video card upgrade, so I was wondering if I could get help deciding what to get.

The motherboard I am just looking for one that will work with the same components as what I had: Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4 (http://tw.giga-byte.com/Produc...ductName=GA-M55SLI-S4). I would buy another one but I can't seem to find anywhere that still sells it, so does anyone know a similar board that would work with the same CPU, Ram (4 sticks) and drives? I was looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/...8376&Tpk=gigabyte%20GA but it looks like that may have a different type of RAM.

For the video card, I currently have a GeForce 7600 GT, but the capacitors on it are all starting to crack and I could use an upgrade anyway. I'd say my goal is to be able to run games like Left 4 Dead or Fallout 3, but I'd be fine with them being on fairly low settings.

I have tried buying parts before and ended up buying incompatible ram, so I thought I would ask for some help before I make any decisions.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

ya I have an athlon X2, I know that's gonna limit my games. But if I upgrade the video now, I can get the cpu when I get a bit more money in the summer.

Thanks, both of those look like what I want. Thanks for the help.
