Replacing LCD screen in mp3 player

I dropped my cheap 1.5GB Perception Digital player on the floor, and the LCD screen cracked...

Is it possible for me to open 'er up and replace the screen? I know it's 128x128, and the backlight still works.

Without the screen, it's either a portable hard drive, or an iPod shuffle
