with all this talk about bikes... i want to get out and start riding again. was curious to know if this fork would fit on a F300... i thought they were all one size fits all for the most part. just making sure though.

I think the steer tubes are bigger on cannondales, normal ones are 1 1/8"? Its been a while. Anyways that fork isn't that good

yea thats what i was reading on a few reviews... most complaints were that the thing bottomed out with little effort.

some of the cannondales have a bigger.. ahh whatever that tube is called where the fork goes through, the ones with the fatty headshocks. mine didn't come with one of those, so it has the smaller tube, i'm assuming it's a 1 1/8"... it's the same size as a trek 820 we have laying around.

anyone have suggestions for a good front fork?

if its an older cannondale and didnt come with a headshock the it shoudl fit.

and you DONT need that serious of a fork. get a shock that has 80-100mm of travel from Rock Shock, Marzocci or Manitou

well idk much about bikes anymore... but if it looks anything like this ... badass! :D

recommend anything that has similar style to that downhill fork... but with a reasonable price?
