replacing fried mobo w/ amd 3500+ need mobo help

hey all,

I made a rediculous mistake today and fried my Gigabyte GA-8PE667. I need to replace it with something and I want to go ahead and upgrade to an amd 3500+ from a P4 2.53 ghz. The problem is I have an AGP 6800 GT video card already, and some older non SATA hard drives that I don't want to part with so I need suggestions for a socket 939 board (thats what the 3500+ is right?) that also has an AGP video port. any suggestions?
