Replacing foam speaker surrounds

I just got a used pair of used Sony SS-U6030's
but the foam surround on both 12 inch woofers is worn and most of it has crumbled off.
I saw a good video on replacing the surrounds, but I was wondering what would be the best glue to use, and where could I get new foam without spending a lot of money?

By the way, I have an old used receiver, how could I add a subwoofer to my system since the receiver doesn't have a subwoofer output on it?

Most older subwoofers have stereo L/R input/outputs on them. Hook your receiver to the inputs on the subwoofer, and then hook your fronts to the outputs on the subwoofer.
