Replacing CPU

I think this is a redundant question, but here goes anyway..
When I change out my Sempie 2800 for the new Athlon 3000 (V core coming from Newegg) - do I need to do anything special - other than set the bios back to default (as the Sempie is OC'ed pretty good) before the swap?

No, just put your HTT back to 200, and install the A64. That's all that's required.
