Replacing Corsair CX600

My Corsair CX600 V2 has started making this annoying whining noise when my PC is on, and even when it's off (when power is still available to the PSU). The noise even persists for around 10 seconds after I hit the off switch on back of the PSU. Coil whine, capacitors... I don't really know, but it's RMA for this unit.

So now I'm looking for a replacement (I'm not taking another one of these on). I'd like to get a quality unit, so Antec/Seasonic/Corsair or XFX (Seasonic made units).

Here's what I've been looking at:

XFX 650W Core Edition, 80 PLUS Bronze, 76,90€
XFX 750W Core Edition, 80 PLUS Bronze, 89.90€
Corsair TX750M Enthusiast Series, 80 PLUS Bronze, 87,90€ (Discount)

Before you ask, the XFX 650W is really cheap right now (cheaper than the Antec HCG 520W). TX750M is only 5€ more expensive than the TX650 V2. Seasonic branded PSUs are somewhat more expensive right now, I don't know why.

Thoughts? I'll most likely unlock the missing shaders from my HD 6950 with any of these, and if I end up getting a more powerful PSU, I'd be able to easily upgrade my GPU next year.

P.S. I've heard some complaints about the XFX 650W being noisy - any experiences with that?

Enermax 600AWT? It's the CX600's close cousin / clone.
Honestly, I've not had issues with the many Corsair CX PSUs here (430, 500, 600 - V1 and V2).

Unfortunately the Finnish retailers don't have that great of a stock of Enermax units. The only Enermax 600W that I could find with a quick search across the three largest retailers was Modu87+, 80 PLUS Gold certified and priced at 184 euros.

My CX V2 probably has a factory defect, because I wasn't expecting any problems when buying a Corsair unit either.

I was going to give my vote of confidence for the TX750, I have the non-modular v2, but it's a pretty nice unit. The fan can get a little noisy, but I know it will never be an issue with lack of power... The modular M would be icing on the cake!

Noise levels actually played a part in my choice here. As I understand it, the XFX Core Edition should be more quiet under load.

And the XFX Core Edition units are made by Seasonic.
