Replacing cable on wireless pci card

I was looking at this card. Would it be possible to get an adapter along with longer cable so I can put the antenna further out from my computer? Thank.

You could get a barrel with that connector and have a pigtail made for you. You have to understand though that the cable pictured is probably akin to RG-58 or 59. You don't really want to go much longer with a cable that thin, plus a barrel and pigtail would add two more connectors into the mix, which, even if crimped properly still introduces loss into the equation.

Why not get a USB wireless adapter and get an USB extention cable?
