Well, a decent bench with lat tower, squat rack, (not Smith machine but a rack for doing squats) leg extension, and full adjustable bench should run you about $199-$299. 110lb standard size weights will run you about $40, olympic 300lb I think around $70. You'd be able to sell your Bowflex and buy free weights and a bench and have money to spare. I honestly can't see the point of Bowflex in comparison to free weights - you, however, have obviously used it before. I'd recommend getting the free weights instead of new rods but it's up to you. (If you're not sure, check with your local Bally's or 24HRF - there's usually a free workout/free week of workout coupons - go in, see how you like free weights, and then make your decision based off that)
