Replacing Antec Sonata PS fan?

The fan in the power supply of my Antec Sonata Case (True380S) is not working, and neither are the "Fan Only" molex connectors (I checked by plugging in a case fan). I noticed the problem with the power supply fan after I blew out the power supply with compressed air without stopping the fan blades from spinning. The "Fan Only" molex problem came up after my computer shut down from overheating (CPU fan was plugged into the molex for noise control). Are the two problems somehow related?

Also, how difficult would it be to replace the power supply fan with an 80mm Panaflo?
