The new one runs at 4200rpm and has normal 3-pin variable speed ability.
Just wondering how it will work in the power plug set to 8000+ rpm for the old 3cm fan. Will it run at 4200rpm or what? There doesn't seem to be any way to adjust the settings for the mobo fan plug. Failing that, are 4pin molex adapters available that I can just plug it into my PSU?
Any experts out there?
