Replacing a PS from a 3 yr old PC

I have an Antec Sonata w/ a True 380S power supply that I think has failed. I hate to order the wrong thing from Newegg. Does it matter which PS I order??? Anything special I need to look for???

This is a 3 yr old PC. I don't want to put too much into it...
