replacing a motherboard inside dell 9150

is there a good amd x2 DC+mobo or core2+mobo combo deal for under 350 somewhere, i have been looking for them for quite some time and cannot find 1.

i am thinking of paying a professional to replace and install it in my dimension 9150 which currently has a 945 chipset with Pentium D 820 (2.8ghz dual core) installed.

will this work = I absolutely donot want to buy a new cpu........

IF you get it to fit, you still need to reinstall windows since you're switching chipsets.
