Replacing a GPU Cooler

Hi,

ive bought a HD6870 from HIS, they installed their own cooling solution which contains a very cheap active cooler.

the card was silent, but that did only work a few weeks. the cooler has to go.
its connected to the card with a 4 pin connector, did they maybe use PWM like this:

the colors match, its black/yellow/green/blue.

is there a chance that in can use any 120mm PWM fan as replacement?
