replacing a faulty mobo, will it still work?

ill be doing this tommorow so i wanted to know. everything else is exactly like i left it but the motherboard went out on me and ill be exchanging with the exact same model as soon as the replacement gets in on monday.

Yes. But in what sense do you mean? Windows will run the same if that's what you mean. If you swap out the same board windows will boot from your old hard drive.

Everything should be exactly the same as long as it's the same model.
 
just wondered if anything will be thrown out of whack because of it. i want to avoid reformatting if possible as this system had only ran 3 weeks before it went out.
