Replacing a dead fan on a Winfast GeForce2 GTS?

My fan died on my vid card a couple days ago. I setup a small case fan for it in the meantime, but the temp keeps hovering around 70 C, so I try not to do much on the PC for extended periods of time.

Any easy way of replacing the fan on the card, or should I just shell out some money for a new card? I just don't want to spend too much.
