The Zalman 700 is installed with the fins toward the rear of the case.
The four Ram chips at the front are clear of everything.
The two RAM chips at the rear of the card with the Swifties on will just clear the 700's fins.
At worst a few file strokes on the inner most copper pins.
The two RAM chips at the top of the card are really close the the tighter part of the 700's
fins. About 3mm at the most will have to be taken off the inner two rows of 4 copper pins.
The Swifties appear to be sand cast copper and not near as nice as the photo-op pic

They are a little rough in apperance. They are most likely dead soft, so the ends of the
pins could be nipped off then finished with a file.
Do not use a bench grinder to shorten the pins. Remember, it is a copper sink directing
heat to finger tips.
I'd use them myself for your application. I lapped the Zalman chip sinks, then bonded them
on with AS Alumina Epoxy

Sorry it took so long to get back at ya. I had to find the Swiftie, then poke around the
case's internals.
I bought the Swifties for sinking mainboard chips and have two left over.
Good luck on whatever you decide.
