Replacement stand for a LCD TV

I just bought a refurbished Toshiba LCD HDTV (42HL196) and it did not come with the stand (I'm unable to mount it on the wall). I can't set the TV down as it is right now or else it will fall right over - where should I look to get a replacement stand?

$121? Ouch indeed, and it's not even in stock. Is there any way I could...make a stand? The $ isnt even as a big of a deal as waiting to use my tv.
