Replacement mobo for Shuttle SN41G?

Well, Im trying to fix this Shuttle SFF for a friend. I'm pretty sure the board is dead. It powers, up but no post. Tested a different CPU, resetted cmos, and tested with just cpu, hs/fan, and memory but still wont post, turns on but blank screen. I had this problem on other boards before (bad caps) , but I dont really want to replace the caps. Is there any way I can purchase just the board for the SN41G?
 
Go to shuttle.com, they will sell you just the board, sometimes they have motherboards for the shuttles on ebay, that shuttle is selling under their ebay account.
