Replacement mobo for a P4 1.6A set up

Have an older machine that the mobo is on its last legs. Any recommendations on a reliable mobo replacement? Not doing any overclocking. Just want to able to fit 1-2GB of RAM on it an the agp vid card, some IDE drives, and a few PCI cards. Definitely looking for something under $100.
