Replacement LCD screen/panel sources?

Anyone know places that sell replacement LCD panels? In particular for an old Apple Cinema Display (20" widescreen), the first generation in the acrylic case. The current screen is cracked, but otherwise still working. Just trying to find if the cost is reasonable and if I can replace it myself.
 
Monitor repair is not a DIY friendly task, nor is it economically efficient, since you'd be buying replacement parts at marked up MSRP tags anyways.
