I have a few HP Brios (2 x BA200 and 2 x BA). Got 'em for good prices and they run - but they are slow since they are 433/400 mHz Celeron based with a 66M front side buss. There are no BIOS adjustments available - the OEM had these boards made specifically for these machines. I use them in a lab for learning tools and would like to upgrade the innerds.

Need a recommendation for a decent micro-ATX mobo with no more than 4 PCI slots on it and built-in video (req'd - no AGP slot). Built-in sound would be nice should I someday pass them on to someone else, but I don't use sound with these guys. The Brio's have a small power supply and that is a limiting factor.

Any suggestions??

Just glancing at a 2BA at HP's sight I would say just about any i810e, i815e, SIS 630T or VIA PLE33T MATX or Flex motherboard should work for you. Look for the ones that have the CMI 8738 onboard Audio Chip if you want decent sound. Maybe one that supports a Tualatin Celeron would be a good idea as a Tualatin Celeron uses less power though I thing the PSU's probably could handle most integrated MATX boards and P3 CPU's (famous last words)
