Replacement GPU Fan for NVIDIA/ASUS Videocard

I have an Asus V8460 (NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4600) videocard. It is quite old now, and the fan has started to make loud, unendurable noises when it is running. Any ideas on where I can buy a replacement fan or even an entire replacement heat-sink?
