replacement GPU cooler

The heat sink fan on my All in Wonder video card is making a high pitch squeal. I have checked that there is nothing physically impeading it, such as dustballs. it is nearly the loudest thing in my case and i think it may be dying. Does anyone know of a replacement for it, or even how to get it off? I would like to buy a quieter replacement to go with my new alpha/papst cooler.
