Replacement for Windows Task Manager

Can anyone suggest a replacement program for Windows Task manager, preferable freeware? I'm using Vista. Basically what I'm looking for is a program that will show my everything that is running on my computer, including processes, services, dlls, BHOs, drivers, etc. and also show the system resources they're using. I've heard Security Task manager is good, but it's not freeware and I'm not sure if it works on Vista.

Is that really neffing? Posting a  adds support to the original reply, so the op is given confidence in the recommendation. There isn't much extra info that can be added. Btw I also like Process Explorer.

Process Explorer

Unless you have SecuROM 7 protected games, Microsoft's Process Explorer is blacklisted by Sony's SecuROM DRM.

The version of SecuROM that comes with Armed Assault, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Neverwinter Nights 2 , Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (patched to v1.04) and Tomb Raider Anniversary (demo) prevents the game from running at all if Process Explorer, a free tool offered by Microsoft, has been run since the previous reboot.

No, it's not.

Ironically, if Noema had said "I agree, Process Explorer is the best replacement for Task Manager for all versions of Windows.", there never would have been a mod intervention.

Comparing a worthless OT nef-fest with multiple nested quotes and 100+ replies to a thread in software with 7 replies?

This isn't OT and my response was right to the point.

  is just what it looks like: "I give this suggestion two thumbs up"

Wonderful, yet another example of Sony's DRM breaking, or getting broken by, arguably more legitimate software.
