Do you expect a model with that name to come out? Why? I doubt there will be any more Ryzen 3000 CPUs.
Or are you talking about the Ryzen Threadripper 3960X?

It will stay....That said, there are plans for Zen 3 based Threadrippers I am sure. Not sure if compatible with the current boards, we will see. More info in October likely.
