Replacement for Stock CPU fan/heatsink?

Hi gang,

I have a P4 2.5GHz with the stock Intel fan and heatsink. I don't overclock, so I guess I'm looking for a simple cost effective replacement. The fan is becoming a little loud - reving up, reving down, just overall more noise that I'd like. I'm looking for a good replacement that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Any recommendations?

I've become a fan of Thermal Integration's designs. I really haven't looked at their P4 models, but you should be able to find some at http://www.svc.com . SVC's house brand and Speeze/Spire/Fanner HSFs are very good values as well.
