Replacement for Panaflo L1A

Im looking to get myself a ThermalRight SLK-800A to replace my very nice Tt V7+. Lower temps is not the issue but im trying to keep the noise low.

I cant for the life of me find any Panaflo L1A's in the UK so I need to find what Im going to stick on top of this mini behemoth.

Any suggestions are welcome. Im currently cooling an xp1700+ running @ 210x9.5 @ 1.57V @ about 47C max load with my V7+ on low.

Money IS an issue as Im going to replace my case fans. At £15 (roughly $25) each, Pabst/Papst fans are too expensive so unfortunately those are out of the question.

Why don't you list out the few options you have, and we tell you which one to get?

Hmm nevermind. Just found them here. Not cheap but they are supposed to be the best for quietness.
