Replacement for Marantz CDR-420

We currently have a Marantz CDR-420 audio cd recorder for meetings and need to move to something either flash memory based or thumbdrive based so that the files can be then stored on one of our fileservers or put on our website, does anyone have a suggestion. It needs to be a standalone device, TIA

What are you asking for? Any computer with USB can access/write to a flash drive. Then you can upload it to your sever.

A standalone recorder that uses flash memory that gets hooked to a a/v system to record the meetings instead of the current one that uses cds
