Sadly, my G7 has more ore less died.

I'm looking for a replacement, but I can't seem to find anything that has the same type of charging system that the G& has -- 1 battery in the mouse, another charging in the station. One dies? flip them out. It seemed like such an ingenious idea and I LOVED it. I never had a dead mouse.

Does anyone make anything like this anymore? There are mice that you can put on the docking station to charge when you're done, but with two young kids they will rarely do that... no matter how much I beat them.

Suggestions?

Haha, the G7 is my favorite mouse of all time, but the middle-mouse button died so since then I've been using a g9x. meh

You're only option is the g700, which has a charging cable that can be plugged in to charge the battery and the mouse still works.

Or you can get a G7 off of ebay, I tried this but they are way too expensive =(

I can't believe there aren't more mice like this out there... the functionality makes perfect sense.

There are a few that have rechargable batteries you can use while plugged in via USB.

My G7, sadly, started having connectivity issues and Logitech told me it wasn't a problem...

I don't think there are any mice that really replace the G7, but once I went with a Razer Naga, I can't change back to a lesser mouse! Need thumb buttons!
