Replacement for Asus P5E Deluxe? (LGA 775, DDR2 1066, 6 SATA slots)

I had an Asus P5E Deluxe motherboard, but it recently broke.

Buying another one would set me back about $190, so I'm looking for a different model - a cheaper one I can swap into place without changing my other hardware. That includes:

-Q9650 Core 2 Quad processor
-DDR2 1066 RAM
-Radeon HD7950
-6 SATA slots

Of those, I think the 6 SATA slots is the hardest to find. 4 slots would be OK as well.

What motherboards are out there that are still widely available, and can be swapped in for my P5E Deluxe?

Thanks. But the board you linked to, ASRock G31M, says for memory "DDR2 800/667" - mine is DDR2 1066. I don't think my memory will work on that board?

Should work fine. Not sure if 1066 memory would only run at 800 speed using the default bios settings, or exactly what memory speed you'd get using default settings. But, yes it should work fine.
