Replacement for an ASUS A7V133?

Hello all,

My main rig has an ASUS A7V133 MB. It has the following items:

Crucial 512 133 SDRAM
AMD 1.3 GHZ Thunderbird chip
Santa Cruz Sound Card
Hercules Kyro II Prophet 4500 Video Card

I think the MB has just died (determining that right now). I want a replacement board that will allow me to use all of the above items with no extra cost. I have thought about getting another A7V133, but would like to upgrade if at all possible.

Suggestions on an upgraded boards that will allow me to use all above items?

Thanks a lot.

Why don't you just RMA the board to Asus. I had to RMA my A7V133 back in January.

Can I do this? I have owned the board for probably 2+ years. How long is their warranty?
